The pricing listed below includes the items listed in the design package (consultation, 2D layout planning, 3D rendered images, 360 panoramas, and layout specifications). Final estimates will be given base on square footage and project details.
After the consultation, I require a 25% retainer. The remaining balance is divided into payments of 50% once the 3D renderings are complete, and the remaining 25% upon completion.

Multi-Room Discount $100+
A discount is in order if you are going for more than one room at a time, kudos to you! You can take off $100 per room after the first room.
